Śrīmad Bhāgavatam
By regular attendance in classes on the Bhāgavatam and by rendering of service to the pure devotee, all that is troublesome to the heart is almost completely destroyed, and loving service unto the Personality of Godhead, who is praised with transcendental songs, is established as an irrevocable fact. (SB 1.2.18)
Starting in June 2020, we are hosting an ambitious reading class of the 10 Cantos of the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda, once again taught by Drsya Krsna das. The Śrīmad Bhāgavatam is an epic Vaishnava poem of over 18,000 verses originally written in Sanskrit. Due to the length of the text, this class is a combination of daily verses shared via Instagram with weekly summations during the Sunday Zoom meeting. Bhagavad-gītā As It Is
His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda published the unabridged Bhagavad-gītā As It Is in 1972 with his translations of the original Sanskrit text followed by his elaborate purports. In these 26 classes, Drsya Krsna das held a weekly reading of all 18 Chapters of the Bhagavad-gītā, offering insight and commentary.
