DAILY YOGA ASANAS
Yoga has been around for thousands of years and there has been much innovation in that time, some good, some just for the sake of being different. The most important asanas are ones that help you balance your doshas, detox your body and that you can and will do daily.
In the video above, Jolanda will demonstrate the short yoga program we do every day that stimulates the flow of lymphatic fluid and is tri-doshic—suitable for every ayurvedic type.
